Image Copyright and Guidelines

• Must give the artist proper credit.

• Do not alter the artwork without the artist’s consent.

• Do not remove any watermarks/ signatures.

 

Commission

• Art is for personal use only, not commercial (unless agreed).

  • Artist is allowed to:

    • Use the art to promote within any digital media.

    • Publish books with.

  • Commissioner is allowed to:

    • Post or repost, but must credit the artist.

    • Print the art, but not sell.

    • Claim the right of your character(s), but not the drawing itself.
       

Payment

• Payment via Paypal (USD $)​.

Needs to provide email for invoice.

• Payment is 25% or 100% before planning/sketches upfront (customer decides which).

• (If taken 25% upfront, the other 75% must be paid for the start of the commission)

• If it’s given a payment period and not paid, the artist can cancel the service.

• No refund after the drawing is in process.

 

Art 

• Regardless of the character, there will be adaptation of the art reference, so keep in mind the art style.

• Illegal content

• Hateful content

• Anything that may make me feel uncomfortable (ex: Inflate,hyper,vore..)

• Please write in a clear and nice manner. 

• If you fail to follow the terms provided, the artist has the right to decline your commission and you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning.

  How does this work

1. You need to specify if it’s a private artwork or not.

2. When starting from zero, there will be a need for visual references and a clear through explanation of the desired product. From that the artist will provide a sketch of those ideas and wait for the commissioner's approval to start. ​If there is no visual reference it may be charged more

3. The commission planning/sketches will be scheduled after paying 25% of the commission price.

4. After the sketch is approved, the other 75% must be paid for the start of the commission.

5. Estimated date to completion: +- 1~2 weeks, starts to count just after starting the drawing  (complex designs can last longer). Don't work on weekends

6. Work In Progress (WIPs) - Artist sends WIPs so that the commissioner can see the progress and asks for corrections if needed.

7. The After Final product modifications:

   1. If your reference was unclear to start with, even little changes can be rejected or charged.

   2. If your reference was clear, the artist will correct it free of charge.

   3. Big changes will be charged extra.
